“The art of life is found in painting creative optimism!”
I was in Miami last week for a keynote, and while walking along the boardwalk in South Beach, I saw a sign on a new condo development: “The Art of Life”
That caught my attention, and I started thinking it through! The idea of creative optimism came naturally – it’s a key part of my message n stage.
Then I had to find a stage photo to fit the theme. Colourful, vibrant, creative. This one was a natural!
Creativity is one of your most precious resources – you’ve got to learn to nurture it, feed it, and let it loose. Don’t ever lose it – guard it carefully.
And that last point is often the biggest challenge. To use fully your creative side, you need to have the ability to push its results to the world despite being surrounded by those who tell you that you can’t; that you shouldn’t; that you need to conform.
Conformity is for those who wish to minimize their success. Individuality is for those who want to take on the world and achieve great things.
To break through the constraints of conformity, you need to believe in yourself; have faith in your visions; and certainty in your success.
Optimism about your outcome.
And so, you need creative optimism!
Welcome to Monday!
