No new initiative was ever easy; no product launch was ever perfect; no new process was ever smoothly implemented; no new goal was ever achieved with ease. The reality is that there’s always hard work, unpredicted surprise, significant challenges and the great unknown.

That shouldn’t be a deterrent; indeed, uncertainty should be a part of your plan! The best plan for perfection can be planning for the imperfection that comes along the way!
