# Fairmont Hotels, Whistler, BC – Leadership and the “Masters in Business Imagination”

This iconic global brand held a global leadership meeting, bringing together its top hotel managers, senior executives and other for a two day retreat to focus on how to stay aligned to the fast changing travel industry. One of their executives had read my [Masters in Business Imagination Manifesto](https://jimcarroll.com/2010/06/the-masters-in-business-imagination-degree/) years earlier, and thought the structure it provides as a roadmap for creativity and innovation would be ideal kickoff.
