# Innovation stagnation?

In preparing an outline for a talk to a group of PR professionals, I’m still thinking about what is really going on out there in corporate America. I caught some of my thoughts in my “aggressive indecision” [article](/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/indecision.pdf) a few weeks back — but this morning, woke up with the phrase “innovation stagnation” in my head. I still think there are too many organizations who are complacent, spinning their wheels, not only *unable* to make decisions, but not even of a mindset that it is important to continue to try to move forward …..
